“A difficult driving hole this slight dog-leg right has a fast running fairway that slopes away from play toward the left-hand trees and rough. This hole was originally designed as a par 5 when the course was first laid out. The green is probably the most memorable on the course with valleys running lengthways through it, again hit the wrong part of the green and a two putt is not a forgone conclusion. The back tee is approx. 10 yards further back after the 2007 course changes but has created better visibility of players on the sixteenth fairway. From the forward tees players in front are often hidden so make sure they are clear before you tee off.”
