Golfers who find their way to Northamptonshire County Golf Club know they have arrived at a special place from the moment they arrive at the entrance of the club. Ranked in the UK's top 100 courses it is also an Open Qualifier course. Our challenging approaches and beautiful scenery blend together to make an ideal day's golf. NCGC remains an immensely playable course, and any good golf will be suitably rewarded.

Northamptonshire County Golf Club supports and encourages a wide ranging membership including Social, Junior and through to the more experienced Lady and Gentlemen players.

Our Course

The original 18 holes were designed by the distinguished golf course architect, Harry S Colt, who also designed Wentworth and Sunningdale. The course has stood the test of time very well as relatively few major alterations have been made to it since; the most notable of which were carried out by James Braid, in 1947.

We extend a warm welcome to all visitors and members every year to compete in the Northamptonshire County Open Competitions. You will be assured of a wonderful round of golf on a course in immaculate condition.

The Club

Northamptonshire County Golf Club has been in Church Brampton since 1909 and the traditional clubhouse has been sympathetically extended and improved over the years. The bar is central to the clubhouse atmosphere, where many enjoy their drinks and food whilst watching players complete their round at the 18th.
